With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Kathy represents a stellar roster of working actors. Her keen eye for talent and tireless devotion to her clients has positioned her as a ‘go-to’ agent in Vancouver. Her commitment, loyalty and enthusiasm continue to bring success to both new and seasoned actors alike. Her father and aunt were actors at the famous Abbey Theatre in Dublin in the 1940s and their stories of performing remain an inspiration to Kathy today. In the early 90s, Kathy trained with award-winning acting coach Mel Tuck and as a working actor experienced firsthand the challenges artists face. Kathy desired to experience all aspects of the industry and became a casting director. Following a two year role casting actors for film and television, Kathy joined one of Vancouver’s fastest growing agencies and started her career as talent agent. In 2010 Kathy launched KC Talent and is pleased to introduce her team of associates.
With a background in the commercial arts and advertising industry, Kieron’s creative vision and business sense has brought him success in many roles and a fresh approach to KC Talent. As a marketing artist with The Vancouver Sun his creative promotional campaigns brought success to clients including VIFF, Vancouver Fringe Festival, Bard on the Beach, and Arts Umbrella. His parents were founders of Vancouver’s first Irish amateur theatre company and instilled a strong appreciation for music, theatre and visual arts in the family. As manager of KC Talent, Kieron’s appreciation of the craft and commitment to supporting local arts continue.
With more than 30 years of experience, Roxanne is one of Vancouver’s top talent agents. Upon graduating from Studio 58’s acting program, Roxanne moved to New York and immersed herself in the theatre community. As a working actor and part-time assistant at one of New York’s busiest talent agencies, Roxanne developed her sharp eye for talent. Roxanne represents and manages an impressive roster of top actors, both in Vancouver and Los Angeles. Her hands-on approach and attention to building careers continues to bring success to her valued clients.
As the daughter of a successful writer/director, Jennifer’s love of the performing arts began early. After spending her teen years touring summer Fringe Festival circuits, Jen enrolled in Capilano University’s prestigious Media Resources Program where her film project
submission won awards at both TIFF and the Palm Springs International Film Festival. Following college, Jen relocated to London to assume the role of Content Developer with Definition Broadcasting where she managed original projects for network television. A graduate of the Capilano University Film Program, Corey’s career in the industry began as a production assistant on local TV and film sets. With a degree in Business of Film & Music, Corey brings a wealth of knowledge to KC Talent. His previous agency experience and social media expertise rounded out his role as assistant, where he helped grow two successful agencies in Vancouver. He quickly transitioned to the role of agent and now manages an impressive roster of his own. Corey’s focus developing young talent and implementation of new strategies for his established clients keeps him ahead of current industry trends. With this modern approach, Corey has positioned himself as one of Vancouver’s most reputable talent agents.
After pursuing studies in Business, Eva applied her entrepreneurial skills to launch a children’s retail business; a successful venture that grew to include 3 shops she operated over 10 years. At the height of its success, Eva sold the business to open a new event management and promotions company. Eva’s interest in promoting actors grew through auditioning and booking local talent for corporate events and promotional campaigns. While managing her growing company, Eva secured a part-time position assisting one of Vancouver’s top talent agents. This experience offered Eva insight to the local entertainment industry and confirmed her passion to become a talent agent. Joining KC Talent in 2015, Eva’s innovative management style brings success to her impressive roster of actors.
